Variety! We live by it: hot and cold appetisers, vegetables and pastas, meats and fish, our own desserts... Traditional dishes amid others that are more innovative, always made with fresh seasonal foods, with a preference for local products: lamb and butifarra sausage from Cabrianes, eggs from Sallent, and fresh garden vegetables, just to name a few...

Kitchen hours: from 1:00 to 4:00 pm and from 8:30 to 11:00 pm (Fridays and days before public holidays until 11:30)

Monitors for the children. Every weekend from 2:00 to 5:00 pm, we have qualified monitors in the garden who are there to make sure the kids have fun. This service is totally free for our guests.


Love! Every product brought into the Hostal del Camp follows the strictest sanitary and hygiene standards and is treated with love, loads of love.

All of the goods and products received undergo a strict quality control. Containers are changed and items are labelled for their correct identification at any time on our premises –product traceability regulations–.

In the food handling room, the products are handled at a controlled temperature so as not to break the cold chain and to prevent possible risks of contamination.

Each product is classified and stored in its corresponding cold store: frozen products, vegetables, unprepared meat, cleaned vegetables, fish, processed raw meats, baked goods, cold meats, dairy products and cooked products. This enables us to prevent cross-contamination, contamination by contact with different products.

We use the most innovative techniques in our cooking processes, such as vacuum cooking, combined cooking, temperature reduction and regeneration.

After all of these processes and before we serve you the dish, the skilled hands of our professional cooks give our products an additional special touch. What more can we say... it is the labour of imagination, joy and pleasure...
